MKE WEEK 21 1/2

I’ve been noticing how the DMP, POA, PPNS the sits are in a way just happening.

On my daily Plan Of Action card a few months ago I wrote I promise to…

Do 10 sit-ups every day. Now we read this everyday…3× daily, right? Well mostly. Did I do them everyday? Nope! I had every intention of doing it. I had also added health to my DMP, reading it and seeing it take place. I’m really thrilled to say I’m into the fourth week of back to walking/jogging, plus weights and at the very least 35 sit ups! I am already healthy and strong and just enjoying this journey of optimum health. Honestly it seemed to just happen!

Gaining an understanding of how our thought, beliefs, & mediation…what you focus on becomes reality is the most remarkable treasure!

I can’t recommend with stronger conviction the MKE course..if you have not yet taken the Master Key Experience give yourself the greatest gift of all…the real you. Who we are created to be is just under the surface…all the stuff we thought was so, just isn’t!

Shhhh….did you hear in the silence a dream being fulfilled?
